About
My name is Yostina Wanis
I’m Yostina Wanis, a Certified Athletic Therapist/ Trainer (CAT(C), ATC) and Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) with a Master’s of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology in the applied practice. My background combines the physical and mental skills coaching, offering a holistic, integrated approach to performance.

I’ve worked with athletes across professional, national, collegiate, and developmental levels — including the Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL), Canada’s Women’s Para Hockey Team, Judo Canada, Hockey Canada, SAIT Trojans, University of Calgary Dinos, and numerous Alberta-based teams in football, hockey, soccer, and basketball. This broad experience has allowed me to support diverse athletes with different journeys, backgrounds, and competitive demands.
